KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES:

-Executing Branch banking strategies to achieve overall target in sales and service （负责分行的全面日常管理）

-Ensuring the highest level of service delivery to all customers to achieve high customer satisfaction （确保我们的服务在所有客户中满意）

-Grow customer base and build strong customer relationship （在提高客户数量的基础上，与客户保持良好的关系）

-Manage branch operations and ensure in compliance with local regulations and internal control policies. （在全面管理分行的日常业务外，服从国内政策的实施）

-Achieving a high work efficiency levels at the branch   （高效的完成银行的日常管理）

SELECTION CRITERIA:

-A university degree preferably in Business/Marketing or related discipline

-3-5 years managerial experience in financial services industry

-Sound knowledge of bank products and instruments

-Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

-Effective presentation and writing skills

-Team player with strong leadership qualities with proven people management skills

总经理助理

工作内容：

1、  负责协助总经理进行日常行政事务管理；

2、  负责高层会议筹备和记录；

3、  参加商务谈判与负责接待客户来访；

4、  协调本公司内部各部门、分支机构以外部相关机构的关系；

5、  起草、传递、处理公司相关文件和资料文档；

6、  总经理临时安排的其他相关工作。

任职资格：

1、  本科及以上学历，中文或工商管理相关专业；

2、  有跨国集团高级秘书或助理3~5年相关工作经验；

3、  熟悉公司文档管理；良好的组织、协调、沟通能力；

4、  良好的中英文写作和口语表达能力；

5、  熟练使用各种办公软件及设备。

副总经理（农业方向）

1、本科以上学历，农业及理工类等相关专业；
2、有8年以上农、林业营销管理工作经验，至少3年以上管理经验；
3、对农业、林业及蔬菜种植有一定了解，熟悉相关行业情况；
4、具有较强的经营管理能力和开拓创新精神，能够积极完成经营指标；
5、有较强的组织协调能力，能够充分调动下属员工的积极性；
6、具有大型农业管理经历者优先考虑。
